Benefits of Hotmail login
Hotmail is offering many new features like an increase in file attachment size, the ability to view, edit and share documents online, real-time document work collaboration, conversation view, better mobile experience, etc. Let’s find out more information:
Hotmail provides A level security for the entire session a user is logged in.
You can edit documents online without having to download them to your computer, Hotmail login is enough. All you would need to do is mail a powerpoint presentation and open it up, it opens in an online version. The changes you make to your office docs will automatically get saved in OneDrive. You can also edit documents that require change online and send it back.
If you and your friend or colleague are planning on working on the same file you can do this through hotmail.com, it needs to be saved in the OneDrive of the sender. You can check whoever is editing the document on the bottom left corner.
Users can send up to 10 GB files in a single mail. The file is hosted on the OneDrive service which gives users 25 GB of free space. When you send the large files (documents or images) over email, the recipient only receives the URL of that file. When the recipient clicks on the link he can download the file. It is not necessary for recipient to have a OneDrive account in order to download it.
Send as many pictures as you would like, using Hotmail login. The images will get uploaded to OneDrive and the link is sent in the email.
Hotmail.com now allows you to filter your messages and updates according to social updates, emails from regular contacts or groups very easily.
You can sort emails to only “Photos” or only “documents” for quick viewing. Imagine you only want to see a photo and you are in a hurry you can click on the photos link given on the left pane.
Hotmail now includes the search autocomplete feature. This is very helpful in case you forgot exactly what you were searching for, you just need type in a few words of the email and the search results will appear. You can also type the email address from which the mail was sent and narrow it down.
This feature will help keep your inbox free of unwanted emails and spams. Suppose you have signed up for a newsletter you no longer read. All you need to do is check the mail, click on the “Sweep” button and choose to Move all from or Delete all from.
- High-speed Email Service
The first and foremost purpose of making Hotmail was to introduce to the information technology industry paperless communication.
Not only did Hotmail do this but also it made this communication become faster. Messages can be transferred within minutes, as well as files, documents and everything in between.
2. Personal Folders
People often use the same email ID for different purposes and at times they might gt confused while sorting them. With a Hotmail Id you can have this sorted. One of the best user-friendly features that Hotmail has provided is the personal folder feature where you can create folders according to your needs and wants and this way each of the emails can be sorted in its folder to get easy access to it.
Besides, it can save time and effort in sorting or finding emails for future use. Also, this element creates a positive impact on users.
Hotmail login can give you the freedom of syncing different social media accounts to it. This can be a great advantage for contact management or managing important events and such other things. This feature can make you have the facility of connecting with people as Hotmail makes it feasible for users.
Overall, I’d say the new Hotmail login definitely looks promising. Some of the features are innovative and aren’t there in any other email tools including Gmail.
While it may not prompt users to make a complete switch to Hotmail, They should give it a try for sure. What do you think? Is it worth changing to Hotmail? What features do you like?
